Dear Daddy,

Preface:  Craig recently got a job working as the Director over Thunderbird for Good, South American division.  We are very excited for this opportunity!  It's pretty much his dream job with the exception of pay.  It is a non profit organization so we wish we were making a bit more than we are but we are extremely happy that he has a job.  It will also be a great resume builder for future job opportunities.  He has been out of the country this whole week trying to help get things set up in Peru for Thunderbird for Good and meeting all his co workers located there.  We have missed him like crazy!  It's hard doing everything by yourself.  Even something as simple as getting the kids all ready for school, feeding everyone - including the babe, and getting everyone in the car to get them to their separate schools on time.  It's quite an ordeal and I miss the help.

Dear Daddy,

We missed you lots while you were gone.  Here are some of the things we did while you were away:

We helped mommy celebrate her 28th birthday with cupcakes!
We sang  'The Birthday Song' extra sweet for her.

Mommy chose Chocolate Coconut Cheesecake - notice how tired she looks...
I think we must have worn her right out.

Mommy really liked the card that Nani sent her!
She smiled and laughed out loud when she read it.

Mommy made a whole bunch of paper boats for us and we got in our swimming suits
and took a bath together with the boats floating around.  It was pretty cool and it was ALL my idea.
Can you see my black eye?  I'll be more careful to watch out for poles at recess from now on.

We patched up the jump house that Nani & Grandpa got us for Christmas
a few years ago and jump, jump, jumped around like monkeys.

It made Brookie's hair go CRAZY wild. :)
We worked for a WHOLE day picking weeds, raking up leaves,  trimming our bushes,
and cleaning up the yard.  Look how many big black bags we filled up.
We were mommies best little worker bees.

We hung out at Sweetwater park and I taught Brooke all about how Saguaro Cactus's
are like hotels for little animals and bugs.  I learned that in school.
I also learned that it's illegal to cut them down.  We have lots of Saguaro Cactuses around us.

Ty Ty really likes the smiley face toy on his car seat.

We took turns holding Ty.  He's getting really big.

I helped mommy give him a bath too.
He kicks and kicks and kicks his legs.

Bath time is Ty's favorite time of the day.

This is what he looks like after bath time because he
never wants to get out.

We built lots of towers and made sure that BYU blue
was on top and Ute red was on bottom.  :)

and we took turns making Ty Ty smile.
We miss you when you go to Peru, Daddy.  Come home soon!

Love,
Jace, Brooke, and Ty

It looks like you have had a great time lately. Sure have cute kids. That's great that you survived being a single mom. It's so hard with one baby, I don't know how you do it with three kids. Cute pictures.
