Yeah for visitors!! Nani and Grandpa came for a much needed visit. It made for a wonderful week! I have pretty nice in-laws. I got away without washing a single dish the entire week. Thanks Robert! Having a couple extra sets of hands were very helpful .... as well as having another car to use. School pickups/drop offs went much more smoothly. Brooke, Paula, and I went shopping for the fist time in months - not counting groceries. Retail therapy was amazing! Ty got lots of new 3-6 month outfits and Nani bought Brooke a new dress too. Brooke LOVED being the center of attention and having some girl time. I'm glad that they were able to make it down to cuddle their newest grandson too. Although whenever Nani or Grandpa got a chance to hold Ty then Jace and Brooke wanted to be on their laps too. It's no secret that these kids adore their Grandparents. Ty gave out lots of kisses and smiles. He loved the games of peek a boo and peddle pushers. I'm sorry you didn't get much sleep due to kid snuggles starting at 6:15am every morning. Thanks for being patient as we were very consistent with the new family rules even though it resulted in Jace having to hang out in time out quite a bit. He is learning and improving.
While here Jace started asking all sorts of questions about coins and was very interested in all the new 50 states quarters. They surprised him with a coin collector map so he has been busy doing chores in order to earn quarters to go in his map. We also discovered that giving Brooke a puzzle to do in the evening makes for much less craziness. She is quite good at them and with all the concentration on the puzzle there is less time for screaming and running around. With Robert's help we were able to get our Honda fixed so we have 2 cars again. That is WONDERFUL. I never realized what a blessing having 2 working cars is. I appreciate it all the more now that I have gone without.
For me is was nice to have some other adults around just to talk to. I don't get out much. We miss you both already and look forward to your next visit!

I'll admit I'm a little jealous. Wish we got to visit more often--hope you guys come up in June.
Fun pictures. I call mom all the time just so I can talk to another adult. lol. It does seem like I narrate my life for Dylan, okay lets feed the doggies, now lets blow dry my hair. It's so nice having someone that talks back. lol. Grandparents are awesome. We love going to visit.
