. .from the beginning . .I guess?

So, I thought the beginning should be a good place to start! Craig and I met at Dixie State College back in August of 2002.
He happened to live in the apartment above mine at the Dixie South Apartments (just south of the football field) and he was the cute older guy that just kept coming around. We got engaged on Feb. 15, 2003 . . a day after Valentines Day and a day before my 19th birthday!

I said yes, and we were married on June 6, 2003 in the Bountiful Temple. We went to Cabo San Lucas on our honeymoon and it was awesome! . .

Lovers Beach in Cabo San Lucas June 2003 - so cool it has 2 beaches - the pacific ocean and the sea of cortez . .you have to get there by water taxi but it's well worth it!
<
Afiesta at the resort we stayed at . .it was lots of fun! We ordered lots of tropical drinks like pina colodas & margaritas . .virgin of course, but I forgot to mention that I didn't want any alcohol in mine so Craig told the waiter that mine needed to be virgin and the waiter got mad at Craig and was like "let the lady order what she wants". I was totally embarressed but we had a great time!

. .We have been trying to get back there but it hasn't happened yet. We spent our first year of newlywed bliss in St. George . . .

Boating in St. George . .I MISS boating! :(

Our first Christmas married! :)

Our first camping trip together at Monte Cristo.

. . then we headed up to Bountiful Utah for our second year. We both were taking classes from the University of Utah . .Craig full time and me part time. Although Craig will kill me if I don't add in that he went to the U but he's . .we are big BYU fans!

First BYU game together! I even painted my face :)
Craig to the extreme . .we are even planning our family vacation this yr. around if BYU makes it to a bowl game. Anyways . .Craig was also working at America First Credit Union and I was a Vacation Planning Counselor full time for Marriott Vacation Club International. That was an awesome job! When we found out that I was expecting our first baby we moved out of our 1bed apt. in Bountiful and found a house to rent in Centerville Utah. We moved in when I was 8 months pregnant - NOT fun - but I was excited to have something that seemed like ours even though we were still renting. We called it the little blue house and we had some awesome memories there! . . .

. . I had a horrible first pregnancy. Why they call it morning sickness - I'll never know - more like all day sickness and for me it lasted the whole 9 months . .I was even barfing as I was pushing. Now that I've totally grossed you out: Our little Jace Craig Brammer was born on July 25, 2005. . .

Sweet baby boy . .7lb. 11oz. 21inches long

It was quite funny because it happened to be a Mon. and the big 24th of July parade was held that day so we had a horrible time trying to get through the traffic to the hospital. I thought Craig was going to have a nervous breakdown . .can you say road rage! One time the guy in front of us let like 5 cars go past and we were stuck behind him - Craig got out of the car and was swearing but we finally made it to the hospital. I cried when they handed me my little boy for the first time - it was so special - no words can describe the feelings! Craig finished his degree at the U ( again he is a BYU fan though) in Economics w/ a minor in Finance and Spanish. YEAH!! . .

Craig's Graduation Day Hip Hip Hooray!!!

. . We were so excited to start a new chapter of our lives. He got a job with Fidelity Investments in Salt Lake City and I quit my job w/ Marriott. When we found out we were pregnant with our little Brookie - we were a little surprised considering the fact that I was on BC but she's been the best surprise ever! . .

Sweet baby girl! 7lb.3oz. 19inches long

. . She is my little angel. Brooke Michelle Brammer was born on August 13, 2007. During that time we moved to Farmington for a short time then back to Centerville to take care of his parents home. I have had my fair share of moves!

We've had some good times and some interesting ones but mostly we've just enjoyed the ride on the road that is our lives!

Here are some of the good ones:

Jace's 1st Birthday!

Stadium of Fire at the Lavell Edwards Stadium . .we got to be in the field and afterwards Craig was so excited that he got to feel the same grass that the BYU Football team plays on. I just laughed!

I hope that sums up our lives for the past 5 yrs since we met. It's crazy that we have been married for 5 yrs! I love my husband so much!

Have a good one!

I'm sorry you are so sick when you are pregnant...it seems like it runs in the family. I guess its a good thing your babies are so cute. Was it worth every trip to the bathroom and all the barf in your hair?
