What a long summer day! We started at the dentist office. Ty loves this waiting room because it has a huge Thomas the Train set. Luckily no cavities this time. Yay!! Although Wal-mart switched their coverage so I had to pay $20 each for their cleanings/checkups which was an unpleasant surprise. There are so many things I LOVE about Craig working for Wal-mart but the health/dental insurance isn't one of them.
After the dentist we walked a fun trail around a little lake and I caught the cutest picture of Jenni holding Jace's hand. Those two are 2 peas in a pod. They just love each other.
After our walk we stopped by the Bentonville town square and I let them each pick out a prize and a few taffies from the Five & Dime store. They were thrilled. We don't get much candy around our house so it was a very special treat.
We had some free lunch at the Elementary school and then hit the city splash pad. Brooke was super happy because her best friend, Kate happened to be there too. It was an unexpected surprise. Jace was excited about getting a snow cone and Ty just wanted to play with his toy bus he picked as his prize for no cavities. Jenni wasn't too sure what to do at the splash pad but she too got into it and figured it out. What a fun, busy, summer day!!
