This was the most awesome 4th of July block party (celebrated on the 3rd) ever. They had bounce houses, slip n' slides, a water slide, a smoker to cook our meat, a buffet of yummy sides and desserts, a cotton candy machine, a snow cone maker, friends, glow sticks, and fireworks GALORE!! It was kid paradise. They ran around with their friends and gorged themselves on cotton candy and snow cones. They had awesome fireworks because everything is legal here. I'm not sure how it happened but Ty fell asleep during the fireworks. He was mesmorized at first but then just tuckered out. We couldn't figure out how they didn't wake him up because it was LOUD, we were really close. I guess he just played hard. We had a great time.
I think this was Brooke's 4th cotton candy. Talk about a sugar high!!
Wait ... zoom in ... is that what I think it is?? YES!! The most awesome picture that I unintentionally took. We had walked around and laughed at this advertisement car that does animal clean up. I ran over to take a picture of the boys before they jumped on the giant bounce house slip n' slide. I took a couple from a few different angles but this was the only one where Jace was looking at the camera. lol!! Oh how it makes me laugh. "We scoop dog poop."
