Ty stayed inside and napped. This was Brooke's moment to shine! :)
Needless to say, she's having a hard time not being the baby anymore.

January Leaves
I guess fall comes in January here in Arizona. The leaves on the tree in the backyard finally changed colors and eventually dropped to the ground. Brooke was in desperate need of some special time from mom & dad so we asked what SHE wanted to do. We figured she'd want ice cream or to go to the park but instead she wanted to make a huge pile of leaves in the backyard and jump in it. So that's just what we did. She's feeling a little bit better about life now.

Looks like that was very fun Brookie time. We need to get all of our leaves raked up soon. For us Fall comes right after Thanksgiving. We still haven't done anything about them though. Wish you were here, we could pile them up and let the kids jump in them!
