Brooke's Tinkerbell Birthday

Brooke's Tinkerbell Party decorations...  We had LOTS of fun.
Brooke had a Tinkeriffic 4th birthday party.  We turned the house into Pixie Hollow with fairy wings, tinker houses, purple balloons, and lots of crepe paper!  Brooke even dressed the part of Tinkerbell and looked lovely.  We gave her Tinkerbell hair and she loved it.  She invited 4 friends: Ruby, Eve, Sadie, and Lucy.  They all came and had a wonderful time.  We turned them into honorary fairies with purple wings and Brooke pixie dusted everyone with glitter makeup ... including Craig and his friend Mark from Thunderbird.  :) Since we did the party in the afternoon from 4-6pm we did a fairy dinner of butterfly sandwiches and berries with juice boxes.  We talked about all the things that fairies do while we were eating.  After cleaning up dinner we all painted butterfly wings with water colors and then decorated the inside of the tinker fairy houses.  They had a ball.  Brooke made a wish and blew out the candles on her Tinkerbell cake and then ALL the girls wanted a slice with a purple flower.  Then it was present time.  She got so many fun new toys:  A Rapunzel doll, a mini Tinkerbell figurine, a My Little Pony Castle, a Tinkerbell "pack pack" (back pack) for preschool, bubbles & side walk chalk, a Princess popup tent, a new Tinkerbell movie, a pink ball, and some Littlest Pet Shop animals.  The girls played the rest of the time in the toy room with the dress-ups, kitchen set, and babies.  Although we did have a few sneak off and get into my make up while I thought they were using the potty.  Girls will be girls! ;)  When mommies & daddies came back for pickup they got to take their fairy wings, butterfly painting, tinker fairy house, Tinkerbell party treat bag, and a purple balloon.  Brooke kept beaming and telling everyone " I love being 4!  This is the bestest day ever!" She was a doll.  I love her so much and her first friend party was an outstanding success! She spent the rest of the day playing with all her new toys and watching the new Tinkerbell movie.

My Tinkerbell angel Brooke.

Lucy, Eve, Brooke, Sadie, Ruby, and Jace snacking on butterfly sandwiches.

This is what a butterfly sandwich looks like.  We always do them like this at our house ...
because "they just taste better" according to Brooke.

Blowing out the candles.

She's 4 but you would think 1 by the way she ate her cake.
I guess she forgot her manners & her fork.

Opening presents.

Brookie with mommy and her tinker house.  Lots of hard work to make it happen but totally worth it!
She had a fabulous Tinkerbell Birthday!
