I haven't been feeling very up to par lately. After being sick for 2 weeks Craig finally forced me to go to the doctors office. I guess it was a good thing that he made me go because I found out that I have a bad case of Bronchitis and 2 dislocated ribs . .from coughing so much. I am now on an antibiotic along with cough syrup, some meds for asthma, and a ton of vitamin C so I hopefully will be feeling better soon. Of course I didn't go to the doctors office until after hitting BLACK FRIDAY shopping with Paula. We went to JC PENNY & WAL-MART . . .yes, we must have been crazy! Although this year we didn't go until like 11:00 . .and it was actually quite pleasant . .no mobs of tired, grouchy, people rushing for the best deals. It almost felt weird going that late though. We got lots of Christmas shopping done. It was so fun to have visitors! Jace and Brooke especially loved all the extra attention, we rented "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" and I got to watch a chick flick with other girls, and Craig and I got to actually go on a date! Jace loved following Robert around . .he is like a shadow to Grandpa Brammer . .they have a special bond . .best buddies and he loved playing the memory game with Nana. Brooke learned how to say Katie " Kaaaaaiideee", "Nana", and "Pampa" and she gave lots and lots of loves and kisses with an emphasized "mhhaaaa" sound. When they first got here they brought prizes for the kids or otherwise known as Grandparent bribes . .j/k. They brought Jace the movie WALL-E - he's been watching trailors on youtube for the last 6months and was super excited for it to come out. They brought a baby doll for Brookie. She couldn't even wait for Paula to get it out of the packaging . .she just kept reaching and saying "baaaabbyy ohhhh baaaabby". She LOVES babies and almost attacked an infant in a carrier last week at church. . .needless to say .. she loved the baby doll present. Anyways, I wanted to say thank you to the Brammers for coming to visit - we love you soooo much and miss being close.

Brookie just kept eating and eating and eating . . I love my little black hole and she loved Thanksgiving!
I don't know why my kids are always in their underoos? Believe it or not I do actually dress them . .they just love to be naked.

Elise is the same way with babies. She LOVES them and wants to touch every baby we see. She also calls all kids babies . . .even 4 and 5 year-olds, it doesn't matter to her!
Oh my gosh! Katie looks soooo grown-up now. It's so much fun to see Paula and Robert there with you guys. It sounds like you guys had a blast. You married into such a good family! Glad you guys had such a wonderful Thanksgiving! Now, onto Christmas. Ha!

Hi--Glad you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Hope you're feeling better now. We pigged out good--The banana cream pie was the first to go followed quickly by the apple. We finally threw out the double chocolate pie from Costco. It was way too rich (like eating fudge).
We all had a girls night and went and saw the traveling pants 2. Me and Becky kept cracking up because the microphone was showing at the top almost the whole time. Mom and Julie kept saying how cute it was...me and becky thought it was a waste of time. But we got away from the kids for a while. The day before that Carter wanted to see WALLE, but we went to The center of the earth one instead. Every couple of minutes Carter would ask where WALLE was. The boy in the movie, Shawn, got lost and Taylor kept calling out for him. Then Hunter threw up all of Julie and most of it went down her shirt. Gotta love those dollar movies!
Yeah, you got pretty lucky with Robert and Paula for in-laws...the fact that you hardly had to cook is a super big bonus! Looks like you had a good time. We'll have to have you come over soon.
