Diary of a Wimpy Kid

Jace has turned into quite the little reader lately.  His favorite books are Diary of  a Wimpy Kid.  Grandpa is nice enough to bring him a new book every time he visits.  No complaints here!  I love that he loves to read.  We have even watched a few of the movies together as a family and they are pretty funny.  The other day he was telling me that there is a girl at school that totally looks like Holly Hills (the cute, popular girl from the book).  I asked him if he had a crush on her.  He looked away and said he didn't, lol, but that probably all the other boys did.  He has always had a thing for blondes.  I'm pretty sure he thinks he's a lot like or trying to be like Greg Heffley (the main character).  I'm glad he can relate to someone.  Too bad it's not Rowley, the positive, happy kid that always wants to choose the right.  Greg is pretty mischievous and always getting them into trouble with his crazy ideas.  Jace recently told me that one of his favorite things to do is prank people.  Good thing he won't see this until he's older.  He would get mad at me for divulging his secrets.
