My Favorite Breakfast

Grandma Sundberg's Finnish Pancakes

I adjusted her recipe just a bit to make them thicker.  I love this recipe.  It's my favorite breakfast.  It's so easy and my kids love it too.  Top with whatever you want.  This time we went with boysenberry syrup.

Grandma Sundberg's Finnish Pancakes:
3 eggs, 1T sugar, 1/2 t salt, 1 3/4 Cups milk, 1 Cup flour, 2 T melted butter.
Mix and bake in a greased flat sheet pan @ 450 for 10 - 15min.
Serve with whipped cream and strawberries, powdered sugar and lemon, or syrup.
