I LOVE fun runs!! I remember doing them with my dad as a kid and want my kiddos to have the same special memories. Exercise can totally be lots of fun. Here is our before and after of The Color Vibe 5k Fayetteville. We definitely got crazy colorful. Brookie and I had a special morning running together; although she tuckered out early so I ended up carrying her on my shoulders. I told her the next time we do one she has to train for it before hand so she can run the whole race on her own. It was a super fun experience. I'm glad I got to share it with my daughter.
