January

We started a new year and got see some of our Thunderbird friends that had moved away.  The girls got together for a GNO and went to see the movie Les Miserables.  It was AMAZING!!  We loved it.  Daddy had another trip to Peru for work.  Since he was in the final stages of interviewing with corporate Wal-mart he treated it like his last.  He enjoyed all of his favorite restaurants and made lots of visits.  We celebrated his payday with our favorite frozen yogurt place, YOGURTOLOGY.  Jace invented some night vision goggles (binoculars taped to flash light).  We made chocolate chip cookies.  Brooke and I filled out her princess journal and colored a picture of her in a gown.  She knew just what she wanted it to look like.  Such a girly girl. We went to the library and the kids took up all the room in my bed while dad was gone on business.

Jace admired his 50 state quarter collection.  Ty broke his changing table. Brooke put on performances. The kids scootered home from school every day.  Jace and Brooke made up a new game called Horse and Carriage using an old tie and the baby doll stroller.  I just had to smile as I thought of all the child hood memories of games we made up as kids.  Jace, Brooke, and I had a caramel popcorn and movie night.  We watched the latest Tinkerbell movie The Secret of the Wings and both of them were obsessed with the movie afterwards.  Craig and I had a good time teasing Jace about it because we would catch him all the time with the lap top claiming that he put it on for Brooke ... with Brooke nowhere to be found. lol

Ty's morning ritual includes going through all my bathroom drawers.  I used Jace's scooter and it was SO FUN!  I think I need to get one now.  Brooke had her 100th day of school party and got a pink balloon.  Brooke colored an adorable birthday card for her Grandpa Brammer.

My little buddy.  We hang out a lot.  He's the sweetest kid alive.
I am a complete bargain shopper (mostly out of necessity), look at the deal I snagged: 12 tops, 3 pairs shoes, & 3 pairs skinny jeans for $40.  My latest addiction is Downton Abbey.  I love it.

I came home from the grocery store with Jace and Ty to find a pirate duel going on.  Craig is such a good dad.
